Natural Linoleum Green Flooring

It rather sounds like an oxymoron using the words 'green' or environmentally friendly linoleum.  But thanks to today's technological advances in 'green' flooring, there is a new kid on the block. Its called Marmoleum and its fabulous!  Its not like the old toxic linoleum we grew up with that had off-gas that was released into your living area. Marmoleum is made from linseed, cork, tree rosin, limestone and jute with a life span of 40+ years. It is antimicrobial, easy to maintain, non-toxic, sustainable, asthma and allergen friendly and biodegradable. The linseed oil in the flooring inhibits the growth of bacteria, specifically Salmonella Typhimurium and Staphylococcus Aureus. Because of its anti-static properties, dust and dirt will not cling to it so it is easy to clean. Its finish prevents stain absorption, and if that wasn't enough, it comes in a multitude of colors and designs and is quite a bit less expensive than wood floors!

Marmoleum is constructed of natural materials, solvent free and installed without any adhesive.  When your feet touch this floor, you just know it is providing a healthy environment. It is warm to the touch, comfortable and looks wonderful!

Marmoleum can also be used for countertops, walls whether commercial or residential.  Installation is easy with a variety of colors, patterns and borders so you can create your own unique design.
